台北港埠通商成立於2009年,負責興建及營運「臺北港第二散雜貨儲運中心」BOT案。整體基地面積達4.2萬坪,投資金額達45億元,設有3座散雜貨碼頭及後端倉儲、物流與深層加工設施,並建立砂石儲轉系統,總堆置量高達13.5萬噸,此外更配備爐石產銷中心、水泥粉庫系統、倉儲物流加工中心、國產台北港預拌混凝土廠、建材配銷中心及員工活動空間。好信欣策略此次運用大量空拍與地面拍攝相互結合,以全方位視角完整呈現台北港埠的高效率轉運系統、自動化加工程序及倉儲物流設施,透過視覺化呈現物流及原物料管理流程,清楚展示台北港埠通商的專業度與產業競爭優勢,有效強化企業形象及國際市場認同。
Founded in 2009, Taipei Port Terminal Corp. operates the Taipei Port Second Bulk Cargo Storage and Transportation Center under a BOT agreement, with an expansive facility covering approximately 138,600 square meters and a total investment of NT$4.5 billion. The port is equipped with three dedicated bulk cargo terminals, advanced storage, logistics, deep processing facilities, and a comprehensive sand and gravel transfer system capable of storing up to 135,000 tons. Additionally, the terminal features a slag production and sales center, cement silos, storage logistics centers, processing centers, a ready-mixed concrete plant, building material distribution center, and employee recreational facilities. Bonafide Strategies utilized extensive aerial photography combined with ground-level filming to capture a comprehensive overview of Taipei Port’s efficient transportation systems, automated processing, and advanced logistics facilities.
